Do you offer custom sizes?
Yes! Please email team@clairecrowecollection.com with your requested width and height to get pricing.
What are the differences between your standard sizes?
We created standard sizes because after years of experience fitting fireplaces, it’s likely that one of these sizes will fit your firebox.
How do I know what size fire screen is right for me?
There are no rules when it comes to fitting a fire screen to a firebox! However, our most popular fit is just inside the box. To get this look, measure the width and height of your firebox, subtract 1” from the height and 2” from the width, and the result would be your fire screen size. What is your lead time?
Lead time for standard sizes is 6-8 weeks; lead time for custom sizes is 10-12 weeks.
Do you offer trade discounts?

Do you offer custom finishes?
Yes, we can do a custom finish for an upcharge. Please contact us with your request.
Do you do completely custom fire screen designs?
Yes, we have done many bespoke designs for our customers. Please click here to see more information about our custom process.
How are the fire screens shipped?
We use a specially selected carrier to make sure your fire screen arrives undamaged. Shipping rates for one fire screen will range between $600-700 depending on your location. If you purchase two or more fire screens, they will be shipped together for $1000.
