Return Policy

All sales are final. Because each piece is handcrafted to order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless an item arrives in a different size or finish than originally ordered. While we fabricate each product to the exact dimensions provided at order, we allow for a ± 1/8″ dimensional tolerance due to the handcrafted nature of our work; orders that reflect a variance within that tolerance are considered accurate and not eligible for return.

Please note: Our finishes are hand-applied and will naturally vary. Photos on our website serve as a general guide only, as color and appearance may differ due to monitor settings and the artisanal nature of our work.

Claire Crowe Collection fabricates each product to the exact dimensions specified at the time of order. We are not responsible for discrepancies in the measurements of your space (fireplace, wall, etc.) or for changes in the structural integrity of your home over time. Please triple-check all measurements prior to ordering to ensure accuracy.

Damages and Issues

Damages will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claire Crowe Collection is not responsible for damages that occur during unpacking, mishandling after delivery, or errors caused by third-party warehouses or receivers.

Handcrafted products may have small irregularities in shape, surface, and finish, and may vary in color from photographs. Specifications are subject to change and may differ slightly from those shown or stated. We will internally determine the validity of a claim based on these product expectations.
