DESIGNS
All designs are the property of Claire Crowe Collection. We reserve the exclusive right to produce these designs.
Designs using natural materials or glass are not recommended for working fireplaces. These designs may withstand mild heat exposure such as temperatures produced from gas log fire places; however, to ensure the safety of your screen while the fireplace is in use, the user should keep the screen at a minimum distance of at least twenty inches from the source of heat when the gas logs are in use. Most designs can be customized in regard to size and metal finishes. Some designs are available in a selection of other natural materials. Please inquire about options in regard to natural materials for individual designs.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We welcome custom orders and commissions and provide design and fabrication for a multitude of applications. Please contact us to discuss a specific project.
PRICING & SHIPPING TERMS
Price does not include shipping, handling, packing, storage, local delivery, uncrating or installation. We are happy to arrange shipping for all orders via one of our pre-qualified carriers. Charges for this service are billed to the customer proforma and must be paid before items are shipped. Shipping costs are not included in the checkout total and will be invoiced separately once we have your specific shipping details. All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Prices are subject to change without notice and should be checked with your sales representative before ordering.
PRODUCTION LEAD TIME
Production estimates are given at the time an order is confirmed. They are based on production schedules at the time an order is placed. Lead times also depend on the timely receipt of all finish specifications and custom dimension (if applicable) from the client. All orders are produced individually by hand; therefore, delays may occur in manufacturing, especially with custom orders. The precise time of production and delivery is not a condition of sale nor is purchase refundable is shipping date cannot be met.
MATERIALS MAY VARY
Dimensions may vary slightly from those specified since all items are handmade and hand assembled. We reserve the right to improve upon any of our designs or finishes without prior notice. The natural materials used in our designs will always vary in exact size, shade, texture, and pattern, creating a truly unique piece. The natural materials used in our designs are fragile and subject to breakage; please handle with care. Failure to exercise appropriate care when handling the natural materials used to manufacture the product may result in damage or breakage for which Claire Crowe Collection expressly disclaims any warranty or liability therefrom.
PATINA AND PAINT FINISHES
Sample patina and paint finishes supplied will show general direction of finishes. The finish processes of paint and patina are subject to various factors such as weather, exact metal composition and humidity. Exact color matching or exact replication of textural detail is not guaranteed. The photos give a close representation of the true appearance of these finishes; however, the various elements of time, touch, and climate work together with the various metals to create a unique hue. Each piece then, distinctly reflects its surroundings.
LIMITED WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER
Claire Crowe Collection guarantees its handmade merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects when it leaves our hands. A sixty day guarantee warrants that in the event a defect is found after purchase caused by no fault of the purchaser or user, Claire Crowe Collection will repair the defect without charge. Claire Crowe Collection makes no other express or implied warranties with respect to the product except for the limited warranty set forth above. No dealer, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty. Unless unenforceable or unlawful under applicable law, Claire Crowe Collection disclaims all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose, and the liability of Claire Crowe Collection, if any, for damages relating to any allegedly defective product shall under any tort, contract or other legal theory be limited to the actual price paid for such product and shall in no event include incidental, consequential, special or indirect damages of any kind even if Claire Crowe Collection is aware of the possibility of such damages. Claire Crowe Collection is not responsible for durability issues due to misuse or abuse, modification, product neglect, or natural wear and tear of the manufacturing materials or product.
We inspect all orders prior to shipment. Once the delivery company accepts merchandise from Claire Crowe Collection, the merchandise belongs to the receiver (client or client’s receiver). The client must inspect the order upon delivery and check for damage. If damage is found, the receiver must describe the damage in writing and provide the delivery company and Claire Crowe Collection with that information.
No returns will be accepted without written consent from Claire Crowe. If a return is authorized, strict shipping guidelines issued by Claire Crowe Collection must be used or the item will be refused.
DESIGN AND OWNERSHIP
These designs are exclusively owned by Claire Crowe Collection and are protected under U.S. copyright laws. Claire Crowe Collection designs may not be reproduced or copied, in whole or in part, without the written permission of Claire Crowe. Claire Crowe retains the rights to photographs and drawings of any work produced for use in our portfolio. Photographs of Claire Crowe Collection products may not be used by other manufacturers without our permission.
